My wifi was connected but it was “limited” and rolling over the wifi icon said there was “No Internet Access”. When I ran the troubleshooting, it said that it “couldn’t identify the problem”. This was on a Windows 8 Dell machine:
I opened device manager
- Search > Settings > Device Manager
- Click Network Adapters
- Find the wireless device (mine was Intel Centrino Wireless) and right-click to open properties.
- Click Driver tab
- Click Disable
- Click Enable
