I was looking to add variations and attributes to my product shortcodes so I could display that on my global merchandise page. There was a solution taken from the variable add-to-cart template but the author made a mistake by using $product->get_attributes() . This resulted in the following warning:
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, object given in /wc-template-functions.php on line 2295
The get_attributes() function returns the wrong stuff. The correct function is $product->get_available_variations()
Visit our partner site at Code Interactive for more web solutions. Put the following code in your functions.php file and it should work:
<?php
// Display variations dropdowns on shop page for variable products. By Code Interactive
