I had the Connect to UPS module working on all cylinders until I had to ship to Canada and realized that the international shipping options weren’t available:
So, I looked for another alternative. This UPS shipping module seemed to be more robust and offered international shipping from anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico.
However, when I installed it, it wasn’t working and offered no error, just that “There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected.” still.
I troubleshooted and found the error was the ShipFrom state wasn’t acceptable. I changed it to “TX” instead of “Texas” and that worked. I was able to get the rates from UPS Standard and UPS Worldwide Express, which allow my client to ship international.
